How a sales brief actually runs

The specialism decides part of the workflow, but most of it is the same. Whether the role is a SaaS AE in London or a field sales rep in the Midlands, we follow the same process so nothing slips.

1. Comp-plan and patch brief

We capture the role, the comp plan, the OTE, the target market, the deal-cycle length, the must-haves, the timeline. You get a written brief back to confirm.

2. Quota-vetted shortlist

Three to six candidates per brief, vetted on documented quota attainment, win rates, deal sizes. Right-to-work, references and motivation checked before introduction.

3. Offer support and ramp

We coordinate the offer, manage counter-offer pressure, line up the start date and ramp, and check in at day 7, 30 and 90.

Specialisms we deliberately do not cover

Industrial, manufacturing, food production, healthcare clinical, legal and trades roles sit best with sector specialists. We will tell you within one call if we are not the right fit.

Got a brief that fits one of these?
